AirAsia and Expedia Forms JV
AirAsia and Expedia will be setting up a joint venture to sell flights, hotels and holiday packages in the Asia Pacific region, the two firms announced Tuesday. The venture will consist of the brands GoRooms, AirAsia Go and Expedia, AirAsia Group CEO Tony Fernandes said on Twitter.
