Asiana Cargo 747 Missing

An Asiana Airlines Boeing 747-400 freighter, operating flight OZ991 from Seoul Incheon to Shanghai Pu Dong has gone missing. The aircraft reported problems en route and decided to divert to Jeju (IATA:CJU). The aircraft lost contact with the radar eventually and its last known position was about 100km Southwest of Jeju.
The flight’s scheduled departure out of Seoul was at 0335L and it was due to arrive at Shanghai at 0425L (2025Z).
The aircraft had had a crew of two onboard. The Captain of the flight had joined Asiana in 1991 and had been promoted to the 747 in 2001. The co-pilot had been flying Asiana 747s from November 2010, with over 5,000 flight hours in total.
Unofficial sources state that the aircraft has crashed into the ocean and wreckage has been found.
