Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental Rolls Out on 13th February

The world’s first Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental ( commonly known as 747-8i ) will officially roll-out on 13th February at the Boeing premises.
Boeing will live webcast the program via its NewAirplane.com website from 1900 GMT 13 FEB onwards( link here) .

The passenger version of the 747-8′s launch customer is Lufthansa.

The first aircraft ( the aircraft to be rolled-out ) however is reportedly L/N 1434 – 747-8JK, RC001, serial number 38636, a BBJ version for a Kuwaiti customer. First flight is expected on 21st March.

The aircraft moved into the paint hangar a few days ago to receive its final paint job on Feb, reported FlightBlogger.
