Conviasa ATR42 Crash Lands
A Conviasa ( V0/VCV ) ATR-42-300 operating as V0 2350 crashed on approach to Puerto Ordaz. The aircraft apparently had 47 people onboard. The aircraft reportedly had been having technical issues in-flight and the pilot had declared an emergency. Aircraft registration is YV-1010 MSN 371, originally built in 1994 and had previously been in service with Gill Aviation and Air Wales. Additional information was not immediately available.
