What the TSA should do

The TSA needs to understand that it is in show business, not security business. A great piece well worth reading as usual, from Seth Godin – one of the greatest marketers of our time.
If I am to add something to Seth’s words.. The TSA is doing a process that they think is critical to the national security. However, the truth is that a terrorist will rarely attempt something a technique that has once been done ( as signalled by Al Qaeda ) . More intelligent techniques are needed to tackle the dangers. In the meantime, I believe we should try to be a bit nicer to the agents, who are simply doing their job – whether they like it or not.
